Cd Cover Problem

Is there a problem with Cd Cover art?

Ive have put covers in the CD folders and add the thumb to the list but when i move to another cd the thumbnail disappears same happens to allmusic.com online search

Any know problems or am i been doing something wrong?

Are you in files view or library view? Are you looking at songs (files) or folders? Can you post a screenshot? Use imageshack.
