Hey,

I'm running XBMC (05_31_2008-svn13324 T3ch build) and have a problem with the X-Navi Script.
Whenever I try to start it i see "running" for about a second and then it disappears and nothing happens :/
I tried downloading a new version 1.9.2 via XBMC Scripts and when that didnt work i downloaded it in my pc and transfered it via ftp. That didnt work either :/

The XBMC Scripts Output says:

->Python Initialized<-
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "Q:\scripts\Navi-X\default.py", line 101, in ?
Import Image, ImageFile
ImportError: No module named image

Any ideas? :sniffle:

Looks like you're missing the folder within the Navi-X script containing the imagefile/files. Make sure you FTP or copy the whole Navi-X folder over to your scripts folder in XBMC.

See if that helps, use FlashFXP as your FTP program it's never given me problems, you probably can find it in the xbox-scene downloads pages.

I've checked it and all the files from the archiv are stored in the Navi-X folder inside the XBMC scripts folder.
Besides, the download from within the XBMC with the XBMCScripts script should have downloaded and installed everything at the right place?!?

When all else fails a clean install of xbmc should work-even though in this case its a little drastic

Personally, I don't take much stock in the XBMCScripts 'script', sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't and who knows what else could be going with it or the site.

I know Navi-X 1.9.2 is listed there but the official google code page shows 1.9.1. It's possible the file located on XBMCScripts is corrupted somehow, these things do happen.

You can go here ( http://code.google.com/p/navi-x/downloads/list ) to get it.

After you FTP it to your scripts folder it should load up without a problem you can then get 1.9.2 through the updates folder within Navi-X, there's also skins in there too.

Hope you get it running, if that doesn't work like Solocky suggested do a clean install. You're better off not using your UserData folder. Just use the default one in the Tech file.

Good Luck,
