Hi!

I've been trying to copy a DVD to my Xbox hard drive using DVD2Xbox. Apparently, my hard drive does not have enough space, so I decided to copy it to my network hard drive. XBMC is able to connect to the hard drive just fine using Samba.

The DVD2Xbox interface tells me that if I want to "Copy DVD to Samba Drive" I need to click the X button. When I hit the X button, nothing happens. No alert, no change, nothing.

I added the Samba URL to my DVD2Xbox.xml file. Still no reposnse from the system.

So because of the lack of information coming from the system, I'm not sure what to do.

One option might be deleteing the XBMC cache files (as I only need another 50 megs of memory for the copy to work). Is this possible?

If not, any advice on my situation will be appreciated.

Thanks!

umm this is the Linux users section, you may want to post in the XBOX users serction - this will probably be moved shortly.

As far as I remember the X button was just to alter the dump part:
http://gallery.ws0.org/displayimage.php?album=16&pos=5

To start the copy press either A or start:
http://gallery.ws0.org/displayimage.php?album=21&pos=4

Make sure the user is able to access and write to the mentioned share.
