can you give us some background info, screenshot etc. How does this differ to johnstos script?

I played with it a little this morning. Since I'm not in the Uk I couldn't use it, but it appears to download shows rather than stream them.

You seem to be posting about something that:

1.) is already available here http://code.google.com/p/xbmc-iplayer/ and not referencing the author in anyway.

and

2.) which is broken at the moment anyway as BBC has made a couple of changes to stop anybody downloading other than in the methods they wish for copyright reasons.
