View Full Version : Apple Movie Trailers Restart automatically....
....is there anyway I can disable this?
I thought I may have previously put something in a config file somewhere which has hidden movie handling settings in the GUI but I can't find such a parameter, nor kind I find a setting to change this behaviour in the GUI?
I'm still trying to find a solution to this.
After I play any trailer, it automatically restarts and plays again....why? I've just watched it! what's it doing. Is this normal?

no it's not. i don't have an answer. if it keeps playing until you stop and exit the script, maybe a debug log would help.
I found out that mine seemed to be restarting but what was happening is that the movie had multiple trailers so it was just playing the next trailer. I think this happened with the new Batman movie. Maybe that is what is happening with yours or does it happen with all trailers?

OK, I still have this issue.
At first I thought it was restricted to Apple Movie trailers but actually its all videos.

no where in that log is python initialized.
I realise that, that's why I changed the title of my post...perhaps one of the admins could move this post?
As I said...this is not just related to Apple Movie Trailers. This was just watching a TV Show.
Every 'video' I play, starts again if I leave it to play to the end.
Can anyone shed any light?

Without being at my XBMC this is pretty vague, but try looking in your Now Playing playlist and changing the "repeat" setting... sounds like it's something like that to me.
I knew there was a setting somewhere.
I'd somehow lost that screen and had to config my keymap.xml to finally show it again, and sure enough, Repeat was set to 'All'
