Firstly if the title is misleading, or incorrect sorry, change it as needed.

I was wondering if it would be possible to get an un-encrypted copy of PMII (yes 2 not 3) to use as a starting block for my skin?

The versions I can find are all encrypted/locked.

I have tried contacting Chokemaniac, but with no luck.

Any ideas?

Use an svn client and get it from the svn
