This has always bugged me...
Following is the content of my main music menu in PMIII and the corresponding sources:
Downloads (network)
DVD-ROM
iTunes (network)
- RecRoom Records (playlist)
- Weapon X Radio (entire library)
- | )( )( )|V| Radio (playlist)
Jurassic Park (internal hard drive)
-music from JP Operation Genesis
Sega CD (ineternal hard drive)
- Earthworm Jim Special Edition
- Jurassic Park
- Mortal Kombat
- Pitfall
- Sonic CD
- Spider-Man vs. Kingpin
SHOUTcast (XBMC plugin)
X-Box Soundtracks (MS Soundtracks)
X-Share (Network)
| )( )( )|V| (internal hard drive)
- WMAs I replaced in Doom 3
Now, I'm able to set a thumbnail for each of the root directories (or shortcuts), but how do I set thumbnails WITHOUT having to use "get album info" for things in the subdirectories? For example, I'd really like to set thumbnails for each individual Sega CD game, because those subdirectories lead to each game's mp3s on my hard drive.
I would also like to set thumbnails for my iTunes playlists. Is this at all possible without having to use the "album info" function?
I think it would be cool if the "Choose Thumbnail" option was available for practically EVERYTHING. I can't imagine it would be a difficult feature to include. Is there a way I can do this myself?
