Is there any progress being made on this skin?
Yes, get yourself updating it with TortoiseSVN and you'll see all of these updates since the first build... RSS feeds now on home page

Hi guys!
I also hit the problem with low memory on the XBOX. Mplayer won't start, I just see a "caching subtitles" and nothing more.
As a workaround I disabled custom backgrounds and Fanart backgrounds.
For me it looks like Vision2 is putting all images in memory; "Aeon" on the other hand is always loading the background again.

I've already post this "skin bug(?)" but here it goes...
In library mode, TV Show "Californication" only plays if i change the fanart image first. If i dont do this, noting happens when i hit play (i even tried DVDplayer), in file mode TV Show plays just fine. Anyone experience this?

I have the same problem with my default skin vinci. But only with the serie Damages in library view with fanart.
They are both probably memory issues

Im having same issue with random videos not playing or even showing a progress bar when selected. Im also having an issue with fanart displaying only sometimes on TV shows. Probably memory issues with both.
Anyway I hate complaining this is definitely my favourite skin and Im using it as my default. Ye hit the nail on the head with this skin. I love this skin for its simplicity, sleek look and features. Its also very complete and only a few bugs here and there I can see. Seriously well done and thanks. :nod:

NineT9Mustang has vanished from the face of the XBMC scene so until he gets back ( I have no idea when ) nothing else can get added really sorry

Personally i'd have to say i would rather see Jezz continue the fine work on the PM3.HD skin he's been doing, and much appreciated. Pm3 skin has always been the 1 skin a lot of people trying others have found themselves go back to. And PM3.HD is just lifting the pressure even more on other skins, not saying there's not a few others that are just as good ;)
Let me put it this way if someone out there is dedicated enough to take this skin over code and graphics wise (can be more than 1 person) I am more than willing to give them complete access to the skinning svn to upload changes to it directly.
Of course you will have to pove your commitment by actually doing somthing first Like a mod or finishing the missing dialogs I never did, you can't just say "I will" and get access :).
P.S I have no original source graphics for this skin so you will need to mod the png files or make new ones

As Jezz_X said earlier, I vanished out of no where... I'll try keeping it simple, stuff came up :| so I just don't have time to dedicate myself to XBMC, Anyway to the point...
If anyone gets the approval from Jezz_X to get working on this skin, I can provide all the graphics I created to make this skin... Youd be shocked how many sprites it took to make some of these images :(
I'll also give you the mockups and graphics I made for the other Themes that never saw the day unfortunetly :/
Sorry about keeping you guys in the dark, the 2 of you that used this skin :D luckely I don't think anyone really cares since MediaStream is out :)
Well glad to hear you're okay, as for the skin, can't really say I've been using XBMC lately, but there are so much skins being released and updated lately I still have to check out.
So yeah take your time on the skin, if anyone volunteer's that's always nice to have some help.
Don't think you're the only one that's on 'pause' at the moment, a lot of skinners/scripters have been too, I think, seeing school and work has been taking it's toll again.

Can someone point my in the right direction I would like to take over but I dont know the basics. Any good reading sources from the libary or purchased books. I lost my job and with the holiday season approaching I know I am gonna be here for min in my home doing nothing but watching Blue Movies. So any direction to get my feet moist would help alot. I know you guys are creative gods for the ideas but this C student back in high school would love to get it a try. Please understand that I am old enough to run for President of the US but between my bad typing I get good ideas to implement change
Just got me xbox running in 720p and this skin looks sweet, hope to see some updates for it.

Hello, for me your SKIN is the BEST of every one and i use it every days :D
Your vision FILE2 is excelent because we can see many film at the same time ;)
FanArt (As I like to put it: Super Duper FullHD Wide Icons!). Skin will support FanArt, and future Music FanArt (Please Agathorn!)
But for this point, can you tell everybody when you think to add this option ?
Have you the time to program it at this time or not ?
Car you give us, if it is not possible for this time to have a new release, the part of CODE to add the XML to see the FANART we DL with an other SKIN ?

nice placement on the watched, i like it!
also, your posters seem blurry... not sure if thats because you dont have a better quality poster for Bourne Ultimatum, or if your XBMC cache isn't set correctly (via AdvanceSettings.xml)
Once you do both of the above, your posters should maintain very high quality! just a tip is all :D

I'm such a noob with skins, that i was putting the watched icon "before" the leftdvd.png, but that's fixed now, much more visible :)

looks real good, keep up the great work.
It could just be that I'm using Plex, but the fanart seems a little 'dimmed'...almost with a shade of black to it. Is this normal in XBMC?

Well theres black fade on the top/bottom of FanArt...? So INFO/TITLE can be read (White TXT on black BG)
Unless your talking about something entirely different, perhaps your whole image is dimmed? If thats the case, good question, my FanArt seems fine... Maybe post a picture?
Or maybe its just that your using Plex...either way take a screenshot, lets see it!
Nice skin but is there a way to add font size in future releases? Im not sure if its designed for large hdtv because I have a hard time reading text if not right in front of TV.

its designed specifically for large HDTV's :P
I'm viewing it on a 74" HDTV, fonts are clear and crisp, never really have problems reading sentences...

LoL Im watchin on a 32" standard TV and you lookin at it through a 72" HDTV. Yeah that might make a difference...:)
NP.. Just waondering if that was a option to add font size to a skin to help the folks draggin their feet on upgrading to a large HDTV.

I thought you meant you had a HDTV and were wondering if its made for HDTV's because you cant read it...
Anyway, ya you can always change the size of the font yourself if ya need it that bad, im not sure where youd go, but theres always the manual!
I wonder how hard it would be for a skin developer to add a option since it does have FONT in appearance settings.
Some skins have very small text for a standard TV users.
