[Request] font.xml fallback

every time when i try a new skin, i have problem with missing text in some python scripts
most skiners don't know which font is present from within python
most scripters use fontset from default skin

can we have a fallback of fontset point to arial.ttf
for example
"Arial TTF New" from PMIII as a fallback for every skin

any font that is missing will fallback to a font called font13 in your font.xml file

so as long as you have one called that it will always show as the fallback
