AC3/DTS decoding

Does XBMC do decoding of AC3/DTS streams and output them in multi channel format via the settings made in Audio MIDI Setup? My Mac is connected to a surround system directly (ie: six individual outputs, not toslink out to an a/v receiver).

Hmmm...right now in analog mode, we mix-down to 2 channels automatically, I think. If you can verify this is the case, please post a bug to Trac.
