160GB harddrive, only 127.5GB?

Ijust installed a 160gd hard drive, after getting it working, i reinstalled the softmod, which sees the F as 144Gbs, but XBMC only sees it as 123GB, plus the E being 4.5GBs, i only have 127.5GBs, anyone know how to fix this?

not to be an annoyance, but i softmodded my xbox, everything says something about a mod chip. Anyone know where to find the actual app?

Ijust installed a 160gd hard drive, after getting it working, i reinstalled the softmod, which sees the F as 144Gbs, but XBMC only sees it as 123GB, plus the E being 4.5GBs, i only have 127.5GBs, anyone know how to fix this?Do you see a G: partition that have the missing GigaBytes?, if not then you have a very old Xbox BIOS (or a softmodded Xbox) that does not support LBA48 addressing which means that you are limited to 137GB harddrives (which is what you are seeing; the original Xbox partitions take 8GB and then you are left with 123GB of free space on the F: partiton after formating, ...you never actually get 137GB of free space out of a 137GB harddrive).

XBpartitioner is not going to help you. You need to update to a newer Xbox BIOS which supports LBA48 addressing, now DO NOT ask us where to get a such BIOS, instead go to xbox-scene.com (http://www.xbox-scene.com) or search using Google.

Everything that i had searched and found, had to do with actual mod chips and changing the bios version, but after a few hours i decided to reinstall the actual soft mod and i installed the wrong version, i needed the .60 version, and i thought the .67 version was newer so it supported newer, larger drives.
