playing music from a url in xbmc

Hi,
I usually lsited to a certain online radio station through winamp by adding the url to playlist, it has an m3u extension. is there any way to add the url to my music library and playing it from xbmc, or maybe even creating a shortcut/favourites for it from my home screen?

you must certainly be the first one trying to do this - it is extremely likely that stuff like this is in the friendly manual. oh wait, no it isnt.

Ello all. i have a friend who owns a local am radio station and his website streams nusic but it is not a .pls or m3u file. it opens its own player. might be flash, not sure.. any way here is the link. I would like to add it to xbmc if possible but i have no idea what format it is.
