So i have some HD-DVD's that i have ripped to my hd and they are about 8gb in size. The size is not the problem, but i have been reading that my xbmc will not support or be able to play these higher resolution HD content movies. What im asking is what is the maximum quality that i can set my encoder for and still be able to play over the network with no frame drop or stuttering.

Thanks!

XviD OAR or DivX HD (720p with not too high bit-rate)

PS! It is not XBMC that is the bottleneck but the Xbox hardware (slow CPU to be specific)
