MythTV python script on XBMC for Linux?

Hello, I downloaded the file xbmcmythtv-0.20.34b.zip and I have extracted the content into script folder. When I launched script from XBMC I get the error. :sad:
How install this in Ubuntu 7.10? Thanks ???

The simple answer you dont =).
on a more serius note the python engine in the linux version dosent support all xbmc xbox scripts yet. there is progress in native support for mythtv on the linux port and that would be the best soulution. dont know how mature it is since i dont have a myth box but there is plenty of threads about it in this forum.

apart from not being able to schedule stuff and no epg, it's quite mature. just add a share like myth://user:pass@hostname/Make sure to match user/pass to what you have set your backend too.

channel changes is done on old xbox remote by skip next/previous.

I solved the problem by downloading from cvs
