Hi I have recently had XBMC installed on an old xbox and it works great , link to my home network and is the best thing since sliced bread

I was wondering is it possible to use my Pc and clone the HDD and load XBMC onto a larger Hdd or even clone it and install the exact same software onto another xbox.

Yes it is possible.
Question for you: How is this an XBMC support question (which would lead you to post it on this forum)?
You need to read elsewhere. Your hints are:
-look at xbox-scene.com
-you will be using XBHDM 1.9, which is a freely available 100% legal download (its just Linux)
-if you have a softmodded Xbox you MUST correctly unlock the old disk before it can be cloned and you must also correctly lock the new disk before it can be used in the Xbox
-If you have a drive larger than 250GB, and you have one large F:\ partition, you will need to reformat it using XBpartitioner (get from *****, do not ask here) so that the partition is formatted with 32k clusters and you avoid data corruption.
-If you are good with computers and a screwdriver this is pretty easy.
