Onscreen display for subtitle/audio timing/switching

Right now there's nothing being displayed when you switch audio/subtitle streams or changing their timing, how about something similar to the Volume bar for timing and some kind of on screen display to show what language is currently enabled or at least a stream number if that information isn't available?

I wonder if that info is even available to the skinning engine. If it is its a simple matter of patching the current skin. If not then it gets more involved.
