Mednafenx games won't play fullscreen in 720P mode [Archive]

I set up an XBMC based box for my friend, running in 720P mode. It's running the December 9th T3CH build. I loaded up Mednafenx v9 and was able to play Excitebike and other games fullscreen on my 46" LCD TV. However, I loaded the same version of XBMC and Mednafenx on my personal Xbox, and even though the main dashboard is set to 720p and running fullscreen, all NES games play in a small box in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

I deleted and re-added Mednafenx v9 but it's the same issue. I didn't have to make any changes to my friend's Xbox to get fullscreen, it just worked. The only difference I've found is that my xbox used to have Mednafenx v9 but I fully deleted the folder and replaced it with v9. Anybody got any ideas?

1-maybe fix the Game Size / Position settings to match your TV's overscan options
2-maybe try posting in the right forum? There are emulation-related forums on http://xbox-scene.com which make a lot more sense than this place...
