View Full Version : Option to just refresh the thumbnails?

I recently added the <thumbsize> advanced settings to my Mom's XBMC to increase the size of her thumbnails, but she has a very large library that I would prefer not to delete and re-build.
Is there any way to just tell XBMC to go through and DL new thumbnails?

No idea if this would work for the video library and I'm not near my xbox to test it...but what I've done for my games/programs in the past is delete the thumbnail directory from UserSettings and then re-open the view that uses them and it re-reads them from my SMB share.
Would that work for the video library? No idea, but might be worth a try to go in and rename the directory and try it...if it doesn't work rename it back and it should restore everything.
Just a thought.
will only work for items with local (non-http) thumbs...
