Greetings XBMC Crew,

I usually listen to my favourites radio shows through the podcasts, i've got my bunch of M3U files containig my file location in my local Music folder.

On Winamp i always skip the commercials and so on to be where i want to be in a second, but with XBMC, is there any option to do so. if i want the seekbar to be accessible/unlocked ?

For Egg, i have my audio link as follow,

http://old.rtbf.be/media/radio/alademande/prem_jeudico_1615/LU_prem_jeudico_1615.mp3

The show really begins after 17' from start; the remote server support seeking. I hope my explanations was sufficients enough to be understood.

Thanks you guys anyway

Seeking and fast-forwarding/rewind is disabled on purpose in XBMC when streaming audio and video of the internet (HTTP, MMS, etc. source). Download the audio/video file first if you want to be able to seek or fast-forward/rewind in it.

Oh well, then, i want to let XMBC collect and manage podcast subscriptions, play and save them within XMBC.

It could be done via Python scripting, i haven't found it yet... Let's search.
