PATCH: Add menu option to disable mouse

I navigate XBMC entirely by keyboard / remote on my HTPC, so it bothers me to have my menu selection move whenever I accidentally bump the mouse. This patch adds an option to settings under "Look and Feel" to disable the mouse entirely.

My SVN was out of date and the patch doesn't apply cleanly to a newer revision. Here's an update, although it's listed as a new patch on SourceForge because I didn't see any way to change the original submission.

I guess that this can be back-ported to Xbox version (SVN trunk) as well?

I can't think of any reason why it couldn't be backported, although I have no way to test that.
