Red - Amber - Green Flashing LED?

I have searched everywhere for the secret LED decoder ring and I can't find it.

My xbox seems to work fine, but now it is constantly blinking red/amber/green. It does this over and over. Everything appears fine. I can play dvd's over the network from my shared drive. The video and audio are also fine.

Anyone know what is causing the flashing LED code?

Thanks for the link. I read the entire page and didn't see where it explains what the cycling LED color means.

My settings were set to "As Is", so the LED should not have been cycling. I have never seen it cycle before today. I am still guessing that it was trying to convey some sort of error or warning information to me. I just can't find this in the manual anywhere.

Does it fix it if you set it to red or green or orange? If it does, you may have a chip that is setting it to cycle but if XBMC can set it, what does it matter?
