Add 'Movies' to start screen?

Is there a way to add an extra field to the xbmc start screen so I have ..
Programs
Pictures
Video
Movies
Music
Weather

It would be nice to be able to select from this menue rather than have to go to the 'Filemanager'
I appreciate any help.

Why on earth would you have to go to the filemanager?!? Add a source in videos and use the scrapers and the library. Check the manual if you need help on doing that.
