i was using a november 2006 build for a while and finally decided to upgrade to a july 07 build. so I did a fresh install deleting userdata because i didnt want any conflicts, and now in my new xbmc no thumbnails show up. even my gamertag icon is blank. i FTPed in and if i try to upload into the userdata\thumbnails folder it says "critical transfer error" in filezilla. it won't even let me create a folder in there. so i think my thumbs aren't showing cause it wont let me write to this directory for some reason. it also won't let me add anything to the scripts folder. is there some kind of new setting that turns off uploading anything? i have xbmc installed in c root.
