MP3 ID3 tags from the web-interface?

Hi everybody!

Do you think it could be possible to have a listing of songs (via the web interface) with tags (mp3, wma... like in the normal xbmc dash)? because it's not funny to listen to music when they're called HMLP.mp3 (itunes naming.. :D)

Yes, it's possible. Check out some of the more interesting webinterfaces some have worked on. Search - LiquidIce has done some stuff on this, among others.

Alternatively, having a source in My Music Files pointing to the library (musicdb://) will show everything with tags over the standard webinterface I think.

Just tried, shows only the same info as regular music source.

Thanks a lot, it rocks now with musicdb :)

But now an other thing comes, there's no automatic "play next song" function ^^ (in the default interface, don't really want to install LiquidIce one, not as beautiful or clean as the default one :()
