Stucking Videos if SMB

Hello,
I wanted to watch a Video with my Xbox. I Shared a folder on my PC, put the files into this folder (avi-files) and opened it with the xbox. Now the video is stucking like hell. Is there a way to puffer those videos? PC is a XP 2500+, 1024 MB-Ram.

Sorry for my bad english ;) Hope u can help me, I really want to enjoy my movies while lying in my bed :)

don't think he means stacking. you mean stuttering right? if that is the case, it's either a bad network connection or to highres video.
