Movie information not showing up properly

Hi,
I've just installed the latest T3ch build and it works great apart from one issue. The scanning of my video files works apart from when i want to view movie information I highlight the video press the white button and then select movie information. the screen goes into a querying screen about the movies info and nothing shows up after a long time.
What am i doing wrong?

Is your Video source a multipath one?

If so check http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=26952 out.

It's apparently a known issue that will be fixed at some point.
