Refresh Thumbs (Context Menu) Option

An option to refresh thumbs would be a cool.
It could be under Music options and Video options, and maybe even programs options.
If no plans are for this, then i might write a little script.
It will read the hash'd filenames, then copy the thumbs again from the location, re-hash them then replace them.

Or am i being silly and this already exists?
