Scripts on home page

I am very new to this and i have installed XBMC-2007-04-21-PIMPED im using the mayham skin but i do not have the button for scripts on my home page all i have is settings and file manager. I installed another one on my buddies and i seen the scripts option on home screen can any one tell me what i need to do to make them show up. It is supposed to have a bunch of scripts on it.

On that build, the wee blue up arrow probably has scripts under it.
