View Full Version : USB Stick using with my XBMC

hi,

i bought a usb to xbox converter. i have to put that thing into my xbox controller.

when i put the stick on the converter, something happens in a little window on the xbmc screen,
it says something about port 1, itīs very fast

in the system information, the usb stick is as a "memory stick" listed on port 1

but i canīt see it in the file explorer

i wanna copy my mp3īs on my hdd, but it doesnīt work

what iīm doing wrong?

Sill question... is it formatted and be advised some sticks dont work.

so, i have to try it with a fresh formatted stick or try another usb hdd?

well, if I recall the stick will read if its fat16/32 formatted so if windows sees it it might be ok in the xbox. Thing is xbox normally reads it as a memory card.. or treats it that way.
But I have never gotten anything not on this list to work:
