Yeah. Uhmm, Help!

Well, I've been wanting to makea new skin for a while and well, I need to know how. I'm pretty good w/XML. not awesome, but ok.

I think I need to get ahold of somebody elses already made skin and edit the images out to get the hang of it. anybody, help?

just have a look at PM3, its already there and in front of you... also if you try JM's PC app you can try alterations and see the result on the fly ;)
