Portuguese translation and "ç", "ã", etc. characters?

Sorry im not sure if this the place to put this thread, but im translating xbmc and i have a problem beacuse i dont seem to be able to use an "ç" or an "ã", etc. why is that? anyway of using those caracters.:cool:

what do you mean when you say that you cant "use" those characters?

when i plug my keyboard in my pc it all works fine. but when i plug in my xbox other than the number and the letters, all other keys are screwed up when i press "Ç" it shows "-" i think. the same goes for the rest of the special caracters. anyway to fix that?

ah. i dont believe the keyboard in xbmc supports anything but the basic english character set.
