Skin problems

I've never been able to use anything but the default PM3 skin. I'm running the latest t3ch release (Oct 16) but always get the "incompatible skin we require version 2.0" error.

I got this error on all previous builds as well. I've tried blackbolt MC360 and XBMAC, all the latest versions downloaded today. Any help please?

By the way, I'm running in PAL mode, I'm located in the Netherlands

The problem was how I was extracting the archives - I found within the MC360 folder, another MC360 folder which contained the skin. FTP-ing the 2nd MC360 folder worked.
