Python Scrips and OverScan?!

Hi there again.
I remember some previous versions of XBMC had video & UI screen adjust, but Now it seems that there is only video-screen adjust (overscan etc..)

When running Python script (eMule controll), UI is quite off the screen.
How to adjust this ?

Change the skin zoom (settings->appearance->look and feel)
