Graphics Question for new XBMC!!

guys,

i have installed the latest version of xbmc (which is great) but wanted to update a few of the graphic files. i can't find them????!!!!!!

i have messed around quite abit with skins on the older version but am completely stuck here!!?!!?

can you help?

the new skin is only one compressed texture file in the skin folder (xpr).
