Where to download the python23.zip and lib/spyce files from??

been reading the manual and it says to download the python files from here http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/xbmc/XBMC/python/ however for the past 3 days the link has not been working.

are there any other sites to obtain it from?
