Nero AAC Audio in Matroska Container

There is a definate bass problem with Nero AAC Audio (in only Matroska Containers? dont know)
I am using the last build and tryed to play back my encodes and I was like, wow she sounds like a man.
Anyway my process for conversion is simple.
ORIGINAL > WAV (with besweet) > NERO AAC (using commandline)

It really should be transparent from the source if reasonable settings are used.
