Startup Splash...

i seem to be full of ...... curiosities. but we have a splash screen for pm3 and all these other themes how odd would it be so the splash screen is in the themes media folder so that when you change skin it will load a splash screen for that theme if its there and if not load the default?

because the splash is shown before/while everything, including the skin, is being loaded.
skins however can define a startup screen (pdm has it) which can act like a splash. it's just loaded later.
