Where are my saved game files located at, in XBMC

where do i find my saved game files on my xbox. i am not sure of the version of xbmc i have, i do know that its not the newest, due to lack of harddrive space. i just wish to remove a few saved games, and back a few up to memory card, where, or how can i do this with out having to revert back to the ms dash, that is standard with xbox.
i do apologize if there is a related post, i could not find anything that answered my questions.
