Shuffle on playlist load

with the playlists now acting like all the other folders, the shuffle playlist on load function in music settings doesn`t work.

i`m not reporting this as a bug because i don`t think its needed, because we have the randomize button in now playing window.

should it be removed from music playlist settings ?
