ok, i'll try to describe my current network situation and then the one i would like, if at all possible.
sleepingroom: xbox and internet are connected to the pc on 2 different network ports with internet shared.
livingroom: has the adsl modem/router. now, i just added a dreambox dm500s satellite receiver to the livingroom and would like to add it to the network, but without adding another cable or wireless connection between my sleepingroom and livingroom. the adsl modem/router has another free pc network port, but i don't know if it can be used for the dreambox.
which solution can i use here? xbox and pc upstairs, internet modem and dreambox downstairs. i want them all talking to each other.
