Hard Drive Swap

so i've softmodded my xbox and configured xbmc the way i like it but i want to use a bigger hard drive. are there any tutorials or links that would help me swap the current 8gig hard drive with another one without losing all my config and having to reload xbmc

thanks, i've actually been all over that site and it seems the guides are talking about using the evox dash???? is there a way to load that up to run along side xbmc?

evox can be run without making it your dashboard, install it as an application.
