only one video playable

hi, i've searched on the forums but i can't find a solution.

i play video files from a dvd-r (divx, xvid...).
after playing one video file, the menu is shown.
but now if i try to play another video the xbox hangs.

for example, if i watch cd1 of a film then i have to reboot to be able to watch cd2.

is it a mem problem? what is it?

if you have searched the forums, then you should know that you need to provide way more details. we can't guess which version you are using. you did not provide a debug log...

lots more that you need to do on your end first.

i have the latest cvs, but i always had this problem, with every version...

the problem appears only when watching a video for a long time (that's why i think about a mem problem).

the next time i watch an entire film i will post the log if needed.

have you tried from xbox hd? or streaming?

straming from hdd work (using same files from copied from dvd): i can start stop resume different movies unlimited times.

playing (or simple copying) those files from dvd (burnt using nero dvd/iso 8.3 standard xbox compatibility) can be done only one time, then the xbmc dvd iso capability stops working and xbox must be restarted.

you can do only one action on the dvd/iso9660
i'm using external pc/dvddrive.

any ideas? bug?
