5.1 and stereo

just updated xbmc from an old version to fedr 0202 build, everything is working fine but my xbox now seems to allways output in 5.1 surround.

this is fine for films but when listening to music the sound is only output through the front speakers, not the sub.

is there any way to fix this thanks.

disable "output to all speakers", ...post a full debug log if that doesn't do it
