Computer-name instead of IP

that's already working ;)

you need a nat router, which add's computer names's to their ip's.

i don't use daap, but when i use smb://computername/ it works fine :).

when you do

smb://computername

the wins server translates computername to the ip address.

if you want it to work for daap you need the dns server to translate the ip address.

two different beasts, although both nameservers...
