hi, newbie to the forum and the world of xbmc and mod-chips, so hope you can be patient!..

i wondered if its possible to use the music library on the xbox as the library for itunes? i currently have a 30gb hdd in my ibook and a 60gb mp3 library!... i currently have my mp3's on an old pc and wondered if i can dump the mp3's onto the xbox and get rid of it? i have used external usb and firewire hdd's in the past for my itunes library, and a guy at work uses a network hdd for his, but am not sure if an xbox hdd would be accessable in the same way over the network?

any help would be greatly appreciated, and if someone could explain the process (assuming its possible) in plain-ish english, that would be great

thanks in advance

b :)

currently, this is not possible as itunes cannot add the files on the xbox into its library.

you could map the xbox hdd as a virtual pc drive to your workstation using webdrive (http://www.webdrive.com/products/webdrive/index.html).

but this might be a pretty slow solution.
