Converting Xbox from PAL -> NTSC?

i just moved from europe to the u.s. i have to set the video output blind from pal to ntsc. can somebody give me the instructions for it? that would be really cool!

start "enigma video mode switch" from disc or hd hit "b" on controller - restart xbox
