my questchen, is ther a program to unlock the hd on pc?

maybe brutal force or something like this?
or are ther any known pw´s.

i don´t loke hotswap, i think ther must be a better way.

well, i want to install xbmc, without a chip, so i need a unlocked hd

if you don't already have xbmc installed, or your havn't attempted to install it yet, then it does not have to do with xbmc.

go to xbox-scene.com and look over there.

once you have your xbox ready such that you can ftp, then come back here.
