what is lastfm?

1) go to http://www.last.fm/ and create an account there
2) set up a mymusic bookmark with lastfm://
3) ensure you have a very recent xbmc build and go the the settings and enter the lastfm userid/password
4) make sure your xbmc is connected to the internet and browse the lastm link in the mymusic section.

thanks for the instructions, they gave me the nudge to give it a try. the last fm feature is really very polished.

very useful to find similar artists for music you like.. like amazon recomedations.

shame you can't record the streams directly though like shoutcasts.

is there a way to ban certain tracks when playing the radio? i dont it thinking i actually like all the slipknot tracks its playing.
