repeat playlist - on/off

tried searching forum and didn't find a really proper request for this. i'm thinking a bit like the "shuffle playlist on load" setting, which i btw think should reside in music settings? so:
- repeat music playlist on/off (also residing in music settings)
- repeat video playlist on/off (when avialble)
