hi,
i love the screensaver option in xbmc thanks!!
just one small but important request:
currently the time settings minimum is 1 minute. could you include seconds as well as a minimum with say an interval of 10 seconds? thanks!!

when i did the original code for the screensaver i did store the value in seconds, but when i came to put all the settings into the gui i thought having it kick in any earlier than 60 seconds was just going to get annoying.
anyone else have any thoughts about this?

oh come on. if they were not build to survive a 1min still every testscreen would kill your screen. :)

i strongly recommend you don't play games then on your plasma, because every game has some still pictures (bonus points, meters, etc.) :)
i have a plasma and after playing for an hour or so you could see ghost images when the screen is totally black and the room is dark. but that dissapears after viewing moving pictures for about about half an hour.
i even have a "games" mode on my screen which is for like it says: games! :)
the burn in occurs only if you have still pictures for at least 6 hours a day. there are even companies which uses the plasma for displaying info 24/7, well then you have to worry about burning in i guess :)
